Some vehicles equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) may not allow the driver to cancel ACC under very specific driving conditions.
In certain circumstances, there may be unexpected acceleration when using ACC, which if not stopped by applying the brakes may increase the risk of accidents and injury to vehicle occupants and other road users.
